Mark Perrett A good old fashioned gym. No frills. Everything works and you never have to wait for equipment as the clientele are a bit older and dont just sit on the machines and play with their phones or linger in packs of 5 and take selfies of themselves working out or posing in the mirror.

Tegan Hamilton Really well equipped gym with a comfortable atmosphere. Staff and members are really lovely and accommodating. Female friendly with a good range of machines, cables and free weights. 24 hour gym, so you can go in when it suits you. In staffed hours there’s also a great outdoor workout space. Awesome little Prahran gem!

As a beginner to all things gym, I felt welcomed and supported from the moment I joined a trial session. A big range of class times, nutrition plans, and a whole heap of fun challenges, makes working out something to look forward to.
