I started doing pilates here about 3 years ago to help with some back issues, and it worked incredibly well—my back problems were basically fixed in no time. I’ve been going every week since, and I really enjoy it. The classes are always varied, and there’s something new to challenge yourself with each time.
Raf and his team are great—super friendly, and they create a really relaxed, enjoyable atmosphere to train in. The equipment is excellent, and they’re always adding new things, which keeps it interesting.
Overall, I’d highly recommend it to anyone wanting to improve their strength and conditioning for the long term.
