5 /5 Webscuer: Over the years, we had hired numerous conveyanors. We are lucky enough to have the good ones. Obviously, there are differences between good, better and the best. LJ Conveyancing is definitely the best. There is no doubt about it. This time decided to sell our property in 30 days settlement. The whole process was extraordinarily smooth and quick which was so much better than what we expected. After the sales offer was accepted, Julia had provided us the instruction with a list of items to complete. We had sent her team 7 emails back and forth with the legal documents and required info. Two weeks later, I was so busy at work. I completely forgot that it was the settlement day. But it was Business As Usual for Julia and her team to do the hard work on our behalf. At lunch time, we received her confirmation that the settlement was completed. She asked us to check our bank account balance. That was it. No chasing, no micro manage. The process was so much smoother and easier than all other conveyanors we used. We decide to only hire LJ Conveyancing in the future and we deleted all other conveyanors from our phone book. Hope Julia didnt see this review and charge us more next time.
