1 /5 Abtin: We recently signed a contract with Jordan from this company after being referred by a real estate agency. Initially, things seemed promising—he arranged an online meeting, and we signed up. Shortly after, we found the perfect property and proceeded to sign the contract. However, communication with Jordan quickly became a major issue. He constantly rejected phone calls, only responding via text, and was often unavailable due to “football training”—even during critical stages of the process. This caused us significant stress and frustration. Most recently, we received a text from him stating that he provided incorrect information to the Commonwealth Bank, which has now resulted in the bank requesting a larger deposit. His response was simply to ask if we could borrow money from friends or family, which we find completely unacceptable. This experience has been incredibly disappointing. In our opinion, they are not professional brokers and should consider a different career path. We absolutely do not recommend their services—they’ve made the process unnecessarily stressful and mishandled everything.
