You wont just learn physical training, but youre also going to learn mental training with him. Great facilities, a really cozy place, convenient, and nearby. Even better that its open 24/7. This is the place that has revolutionised Lalor.

Vincent Jackson Jr This gym was amazing with all of the equipment being placed effectively throughout and properly put back. Only complaint is not having a piece of machine equipment Abductor/Adductor for working on the inner/outer thighs but that’s a very minor inconvenience. I am more than satisfied with the services/equipment offered at your location.

Shandell Paterson Wonderful vibe at the studio, trainers have a great amount of knowledge, especially when needing extra assistance and love that it is small group training, so you don’t get lost in the crowd.

tazza369 Came here here after work. Place is very tidy, with the bathrooms, equipment and floors all being cleaner than previous gyms I’ve been to. Aswell as that the staff is helpful, with the guy at the front helping me with form and questions I had about memberships.
