Have been trying to reach out the team under a different business name (Conveyancing Victoria Melbourne) that they operate and found the couple are running same business under multiple names. Kim is quite rude over the phone and delayed my sale settlement without any reasons and ended by settling my property at 5PM and my purchase settlement got delayed to the next day and ended up getting a default notice. Donot ignore the other reviews and make your decision wisely.

1 /5 Sandeep Sidhu: Waste of time. Told them I intend to carry out business at farmhouse i purchased. Was entitled to 50% stamp duty concession. Tells me i am not entitled to it. I sent them screenshot of Government regulations, then she tells me i never instructed her that. then i forward the previous email - evidence of my instructions. ask her if she has anything to say? no reply, no apology and no offer to fix it. price isnt what she quotes as well. now Im left to fix the issue myself and apply for concession myself. Wont respond nicely then; wont respond now. you want someone condescending p who dont know what they doing, hire them.

1 /5 Kat L: False advertising on cost and extremely poor attention to details, had to correct a few things throughout the process and no apologies from their end - if you’re not delivering the service you suppose to be doing and customer has to work on these details, should I be invoicing you the additional work occurred on my end? Their hidden costs on 40% mark up margin on additional certificate is the real motive for them and rip you off after claiming low cost to lure customers in, I don’t feel they’re acting on best interest to help you as a customer to avoid unnecessary cost but rather ordering unnecessary certificate and charge you 40% margin under disbursements - BE AWARE OF NASTY TACTIC from them ALARM - I have enough evidence to prove they are also running business under Conveyancing Vic Melbourne and Convey.com.au - wondering why trading under different business names? The only possible explanation is because they’re unable to hold a legit business name and have to create new upfront/coverups to lure new customers Conveyancing VIC Melbourne doesn’t have a proper google business account in order to leave a review hence I’m writing the review here. They dont include business address (or afraid to) to avoid google reviews I started questioning their service after spotting errors in documents provided by them, so I recapped how I first engaged with CVM and how I suspected this is a doggy business in the first place and now how I regret choosing them. You may wonder why I ended up using CVM: I first realise how similar all business websites appearing to me I called Convey.com.au to reference check Conveyancing Vic Melbourne I was told by a lady who claims she knows John from CVM and she worked for them 10+ years ago and they the best in the trade etc… now look back after the stress and terrible experience with them I couldn’t help but suspect she actually sounds just like the same lady who later answered calls for CVM… Overall it’s a very disappointing and stressful experience with John and Kim for the poor level of service, lack of professionalism initiative, rude tele communication, poor email communication, hidden cost tactic. Considering send the lead off to current affair for a proper investigation

Emails not responded to, pretty abrupt phone conversations, often quite aggressive, hung up on me at the last phone call. Fees not communicated clearly, cost about $2.5k for simple settlement. On settlement day our settlement was delayed as ‘waiting for funds to clear’ as the person who had access to the bank account was at a different time zone? Not recommended
