Joe Hayes I highly recommend Vision Caringbah. Its a fun environment with good management in place plus they have fantastic trainers! They take the time to understand your weight loss / fitness goals requirements so that the plan they implement is best suited to your needs. Further, the Vision app really helps to track your progress and aids in achieving your goals. Vision Caringbah has a good range of fitness classes on offer that compliment the strength sessions with your personal trainer.

Pristine Cleaning Me and my partner came in this morning for a reformer + session. Hayley was so good, such a vibe - classes was amazing, made a first timer have a ball. So hard but so much fun - couldn’t recommend her more

Neill Cullen Wow really amazing space...spaces actually on different levels. Amazing first class equipment and plenty of it. Probably first gym or fitness space that caters to all people of different fitness levels with no judgements. Great vibe. The coaches I have met are very warm and welcoming, head coach Sam has a great attitude and very approachable. I feel their goal is to create a great, supportive environment and tbh help the community also. Mission accomplished. Would definitely recommend giving them a go. A+
