There was a few concerns with our home which we have only discovered after signing the contract, including an ongoing dispute with one of the neighbours. We were so glad that our conveyancer are in fact lawyers, therefore they were able to provide legal advice when needed, unlike conveyancers and solicitors. Will did an amazing job!
