1 /5 rahul sharma: I needed a Payout letter, even humans dont wait in queues anymore, I was told that a document is placed in que and its progressing. I am unable to picture that. 1. it took me 2 hours to get to someone. 2.when I got through someone, it took 30 mins for them to issue a payout letter which for next 12 hrs I did not receive. 3. I called them again they said I missed the cut off date to receive my payout letter. And that it will take hopefully 1 business day to receive it. 4. The document was placed in "que" and its progressing ..go picture that out guys, a document with 2 legs in que.

5 /5 Omer Calovic: Not sure about all the neg feed back however I’ve contacted them on 28th of August 2024 and spoken to Christy which then put me on to the Craig to assist me. They’ve been very quick to answer all my questions and potentially saved me from loosing thousands of dollars on a vehicle purchase. Wishing the limits of privacy they had helped me to avoid buying vehicle that would’ve turned in to nightmare without their assistance. Called them on 9 am less then 1 minute wait time to get through to Christy, after listening to my query she transferred me to Craig and all my questions was answered and I was spared a big grief and misfortune thanks to their assistance. Whole process including the wait time at the automated self service on phone took 12 minutes to finalise, that to me is more then perfect. Many thanks much appreciated. All the vehicle purchasers out there, please do your due diligence and make sure to get a post check to confirm vehicle you’re about buy is not under finance and it’s not stollen rather loose $2’s then to loose all of your hard earned money to dishonest sellers.

1 /5 N Claus: DO NOT GO WITH THIS BANK UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! I had fortnightly repayments set up since oretry much the start if my car loan almost 4 years ago, timed perfectly with my pay from work. Now without consultation, this bank just decides on its own to reneg on that, and just tells us they will be doing monthly repayments only and it cannot be changed. This will completely misalign bill management. People are currently doing it tough as cost of living soars, managing their money the best they can and this bank just laughs in your face and stomps you down while theyre at it. What a joke! Zero stars if I could
