Therese I have been going to KX Pilates in Gladesville for a few months now and I absolutely love it! Every session is variant, fun and never boring. The studio is always fresh, clean & hygenic. The Instructors are super friendly and are always there to help with your form if needed.

Tim has been very detailed and thorough in supporting my injury management and helping me with strengthening, realignment and rehabilitation. Julian Train Sharni and Mel have done an incredible job at F45 Avalon. They are highly supportive of everyone no matter what age or physical ability and the vibe in the studio is of a community all doing good things for themselves together, while having a lot of fun doing it!
