1 /5 Bahar Ipek: Yesterday, I brought my car in for service, dropping it off early in the morning after being told it would be ready in 2-2.5 hours. However, they called later to say they were behind schedule and it wouldnt be ready until around 3pm. When I went to pick up my car, I found ash or some ash-related substance inside, along with a black mark that wasnt there before. Additionally, while getting petrol,
I noticed paint damage on the roof that hadnt been there previously. When I called the service center, they claimed no one was smoking there, which seems unlikely. Kris provided his email for me to send photos, but despite waiting for a call back, I received no follow-up on the email or return call. After being put on hold for a long time, I had to hang up. I also mentioned an electrical issue with my vehicle that still needs to be addressed, despite it not being checked during this visit. This isnt the first time Ive had issues with this car; previously, I had to return for a sound coming from the belt shortly after purchase. I cannot recommend buying this car. I urgently request resolution for my car issues.
