1 /5 hermann torres erazo: I recently purchased a 2025 Qashqai and paid for a tow bar installation. At the time of purchase, the dealer assured me the tow bar would be installed and ready within two days (when I collected the new car). However, the dealer failed to deliver as promised — they did not have the tow ball in stock. I had to return days later for the installation. When I finally got it installed and arrived home, I discovered it wasn’t working at all due to electrical/wiring issues. This required a third visit. After checking, the service team told me the issue was caused by a Nissan Box that needed replacement — but again, they didn’t have it in stock. When I raised my concerns, the service staff shockingly told me I should be thankful they wouldn’t charge me to fix the issue! This is unacceptable and demonstrates extremely poor customer service. Now I have to wait until the correct part arrives and make yet another trip, wasting more of my time. Think twice before buying a car from this dealer.
