Updated review January 2025- From these group sessions my 13 year old (now 14) started PT training with Jay to build fitness and body confidence for his sporting pursuits. He wanted to build fitness and core strength. Not only did he achieve what he set out to, a happy byproduct was increased self esteem and overall confidence. Transition from 13-14 years can be tricky, I really feel Jay did more for my son than just help him with fitness, canāt recommend him highly enough.
