The conflict of interest was apparent in the family court in 2004 whereby this lawyer took sides but failed to acknowledge the neglect in security of housing aswell as previous wills within the marriage . Thank God for the fact the previous partner Justin has left but they still are a practicing law firm.

When there tricky things to deal with like estates etc, as a client you can be reassured knowing you have the legal expertise of Paul McGuinness alongside Glenda. As a real estate sales consultant I simply dont refer buyers or vendors to anyone else.. A great business.

I went for a issue l have with police and this young man trying to help me when this rude woman told me to get out of our office. We can’t help you and you are wasting his valuable time. Only wish Paul was there to witness this rude behaviour. Would never never recommend anyone to use them.

1 /5 Wendy Holland: I sent an email to this company and it’s 22 days later and not one person has responded. I phoned after 14 days and was told someone would definitely contact me within 2 days. Still not one phone call or reply to my email. I am a customer wanting to pay for a service - no service from this company - they might be busy in a Pilates studio or picking kids up from kinder in work hours as they work from home??

1 /5 Cameron Green: My wife and I wanted to revisit our will so I booked a session with McGuiness legal to explore their services and costs. Prior to attending my wife and I took the time to detail our required will instructions. My wife found Paul frustrating, someone who didnt listen to our needs, needs which had been well shaped after 4 previous wills. Paul spent more time talking about how clever and experienced he was than taking the time to work thru our requests. There was also a significant disagreement with the costs associated with the first discussion. In each of our prior discussions with Melbourne firms on wills, the first meeting was to understand the service provided and the costs associated with creating/updating a will. Not here are McGuiness. Beware of the high rates which, at least in our case, we were not advised of before starting a discussion.
