A Sim Horrible place filled with rude and disrespectful staff. I was harassed over a mistaken account of $31 that I was not made aware of until their calls. I wish the organisations that used their services knew how these people treat their clients.

Frank S Located in a busy, strip shopping, upmarket area, this is a large traditional style branch with staff behind counters and safety glass. The branch seems a bit rundown, tired and dark, with a lot of lights turned off. Staff were helpful for the several things I had to take care of in person. I really appreciate being able to take care of my business banking in a convenient location and hope this branch isnt closed! There is an ATM outside but no change machine, and I couldnt see a cash deposit machine either, which is a bit strange as its a very large branch and obviously has the space.
