Smart Fitness Equipment - Home Gym Equipment Melbourne, Squat Cage, Power Cage, Multi Functional Trainer, Squat Rack - VIC

Czure Smartfit M1 Rack – 10 Month Review: Compact, Capable, and Cost-Effective I want to start this review by saying: the Smartfit M1 is legit. After using it consistently for 10 months, its become the cornerstone of my home gym. If youre considering a multi-function rack with a Smith machine, cables, and standard power rack capabilities especially for a smaller space, this one deserves serious attention. My gym is set up in a 2.25m x 3.75m shed with 2.1m walls and a 2.35m gable roof. The M1 fits perfectly, enough clearance for loading weights comfortably on both sides, while still maximizing available space. This rack is slightly more compact than some other all-in-one models, but for me, that’s been a huge advantage. It doesn’t feel cramped, and it works beautifully in a tight setup. For its price, the M1 is hard to beat. It’s one of the most affordable multifunction racks out there, and its value is excellent. That said, building it was not easy. The instructions were four pictures with zero words and, amusingly, showed a different machine altogether. It took some patience and trial-and-error to figure out, but once it’s up, the structure is solid. I think the company offers a setup if you email them asking for it, which would have been good to know in hindsight. Functionally, everything works well. The Smith machine bar sleeves are metal with a plastic outer layer, this doesn’t affect performance, just something to be aware of. The cable system is smooth, although it lacks weight markings. I think each plate provides around 2.5kg of resistance, with each stack going up to ~25kg per side. You could work around this by adding a pin extender and loading standard plates to increase the weight range. The cable wires have started to fray slightly, but replacement is straightforward and inexpensive. I also wasn’t a fan of the stock orange accents, so I painted them green. The included attachments are a good enough as a starting point, and the dip bars are solid, just make sure to tighten all bolts properly to eliminate any wobble. Overall this machine serves its function perfectly and has ultimately enabled me to train everyday and for that i am extremely grateful. if you want a multi functional rack with a smith and cables this will get the job done and for the price its hard to beat.

F45 Training Balwyn - VIC

Ben Yuen Thanks to the F45 Passport, I am able to keep up with my training, and F45 Balwyn is a great place to train away from home. The trainers were very welcoming and helpful throughout the session; very knowledgeable. Will definitely be visiting again when in Melbourne.
