Emily Kemezys Curtis is super knowledgeable, friendly and professional! Curtis has helped myself and my family out with neck, knee, shoulder pains and we have all received valuable help which allowed us to get back to our usual routines quickly. I would recommend him to anyone!

Talitah Meier I absolutely loved my time at Manly Beach Health Club! The gym itself is super well-equipped and has everything you could possibly need, but the real highlight for me were the classes, they’re honestly some of the best I’ve ever been to. The instructors are motivating, the energy is amazing, and there’s such a great sense of community. I was only in Manly for a semester abroad, but this gym became one of my favourite parts of the experience. Couldn’t recommend it more!

Shannon Dell I joined my daughter up to Sterling 11 years ago and would never go anywhere else. It is a family orientated club and the coaches have been amazing and supportive to girls and parents. I’ve never experienced any nastiness from parents or coaches that you can find in some clubs so it makes it a nice place to come and the my daughter loves coming to class. Everyone so welcoming and great friendships are made for life. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great club to be apart of.
