1 /5 Roman Rankin: What an absolute joke I have just driven all the way to Mentone to use an ANZ automatic teller with a coin collector only to discover they only have one ATM in this branch that works. The two staff members are sitting having a laugh while six people are waiting to use this machine. Good job ANZ you suck

1 /5 Tracey Lengyel: While I understand this is a specialist branch and the staff member I spoke was very pleasant, , that there was not one person to complete a simple transaction without using the ATM is unacceptable. Lucky I am also with CBA , so was able to give them the money I was going to deposit.

5 /5 Thomas Scott: Attended the Mentone branch to our own fault without prior booking. Greeted by staff member Danil (Im sorry if Ive spelt this wrong from memory!). He greeted us and asked if we had an appointment booked to which we didnt. He asked to be seated for a short time and was able to squeeze us in short notice before his next customer. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and made our trip in informative as well, guiding us through opening a joint account. Seeing that the branch has only received reviews whilst people tend to leave them when theyre unsatisfied, figured a great visit deserved a great review.

From the moment I arrived, I received prompt attention and the staff efficiently resolved my banking issues. I particularly want to commend Mr. Saad for his outstanding assistance. Not only did he go above and beyond to help me, but he also displayed remarkable efficiency, friendliness, and knowledge. Alongside his colleague Steph, they attended to my needs seamlessly. Employees like Mr. Saad and Steph are invaluable assets to any organization. My experience at ANZ was impressive, thanks to their exemplary service.
