Sandhuli Sanishya Hettiarachchi Super fun experience. We went wall climbing and had a great time! included everything—shoes, ropes, and all the gear we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the experience was both fun and challenging. Definitely worth it and would love to go again! Went on a Monday and on Mondays as uni students get a discount, we got the whole climbing session for $18.

Farhin Chowdhury I’ve been attending Pilates Tone for the past few years, and recently did one of Mish’s classes for the first time. She’s amazing! It was incredibly well-structured. Some of the exercises got my heart rate up while they still focused on controlled movement and form. I left feeling stronger and re-energised. I wish I could be available more Monday nights to attend her classes.

KATHY KATOPODIS I started Keiser 6 weeks ago & have seen much improvement with my physical disabilities. I was not able to walk more than 200 steps without having some sort of pain. Going shopping I would always use a scooter to get around. Monday I achieved 8000 steps and only used a trolley to go shopping. My friends are amazed how quickly I have strengthened my core, back & leg muscles. Thank you to all the amazing staff for their support and encouragement.

Vanessa SA Brand new pilates studio located right next to Rockdale Station. The trainers are very experienced, knowledgeable and welcoming. What I love the most about it is that this is not one of those studios that put 15-20 people in a room and give the the same exercises to everyone, Vida Pilates classes are basically private and customised according to my needs. Not to mention that Val is a super kind and accomodating person and the sense of community there is fantastic!
