1 /5 Calli Lazar: The customer service was atrocious. I asked for a specific setting and they said they didn’t have it. I asked to see some plain bands and she said I’ll only give you one to try. I then left and on my way out I saw the settings I was after in the window. I came back in and asked to see the rings in the window and she told me I can’t afford them. I never gave her a price range and I could afford them! I asked to try them on anyway and she was visibly annoyed, only giving me one ring at a time and was hesitant to let me try on more. She then told me my fingers were too big for the ring and not to put it on my finger. The ring fit me just fine. I then asked to see another ring and she said no too expensive for me. So I left. She just had no interest in serving me. I felt fat shamed and judged on my looks for what I could and could not afford. I felt unworthy of shopping in there store.

5 /5 Hannah Browmn: I went in to buy some earrings and the lady (Faye?) was very helpful and engaging. She knew what suited me and I ended up buying a matching ring as well. She gave me honest opinions which I didnt expect and we had a good laugh. All-in-all a very pleasant experience. I will be back.

1 /5 Alexandra Carson: Dishonest and unapologetic. We dropped a watch off to have 1 link removed to pick up that afternoon. It was for an event that night which we specified explicitly. She said no worries, come back at 2:50pm. We arrived at 2:45pm and the store was entirely shut, they did not answer our repeated calls and never contacted us despite having our details. They were disrespectful, blatantly disregarded our request, and still made us pay on the Monday when we picked it up, despite this occurring on the Saturday. None of our calls were ever returned, no apology, and exorbitant prices. Stay away at all costs. Terrible service.

1 /5 Kathy Ettershank: Having convinced me to spend over $1000 to replace claws on antique diamond ring when I took it to get checked, the claws are now weak and one snapped off, which has never happened in the 20 years Ive worn it. Wanted to charge another $300 to fix. Wish Id read other one star reviews before I went there.

1 /5 albie bass: It appears the arrogance of the saleswoman prevents her from learning anything from the reviews. I addressed her politely asking whether they resize rings. From the outset, her response was brusque and unhelpful: "Unless I see the ring I cant tell you". I showed her a photo and again her reply was the same, telling me that if it was gold - to which I responded it was unlikely - they could not do it (when in fact I know it can be done). Then I asked her how much a finger sizing service was (many jewellers do this for free regardless). Immediately, she asked if I had cash. I said I had a card, to which she mumbled displeasure. Then all she did was fit a ring to my selected finger. Never did she ask whether I wanted more fingers measured. Then she paused, asking for payment. I did and she pointedly withheld my size until payment went duly through. I asked what that Australian size was in US - as many online stores have this option only - and she would/ could not provide an answer! She said, "Look it up". After being charged $25, I said "Is that is all you offer? I will not be returning to this shop". I advise others to stay away, too.
