1 /5 Claire Bear: Pretty disappointed is an understatement. Infuriated is close.By following his advice, we ended up in a worse situation than if I followed my gut. Paid him a retainer in June 23, submitted all of my evidence and then heard nothing from him for months and only after sending a follow up emails, did he reply telling me that he couldnt take my case after submitting everything to him, waiting and was under the impression that he was actually working on my case. Was advised in October that I was to receive an invoice and a refund, yet 6 emails later and Jan 24, Im yet to receive a reply to my email, or my refund or an invoice. So I guess now I have to go to VCAT to get my bloody money back? Thanks for ripping off my charity!!!

1 /5 noel acko: Our case was adjourned by council then again by Micheal due to personal injury’s now wants another 3 grand to represent us in court we paid 2500 for them to adjourn it with not even a mention in court we never adjourned it not once they did n now want another 3 grand it’s all a scam represent yr self you have a better chance n save a lot of money When one has to ask the same question over and over when he has the brief says he dose not even look at it n is obviously incompetent at his job Now is making threats of legal action to me n my partner for speaking the truth about his incompetence n lack of professionalism So Micheal I ask you here did you adjourn my case n fail to proceed on that day due to you having yr leg fused n reinsured me it will not cost us another cent you LIED cause then you send out another bill for 3750 to go back to court for the day you adjourned it from n now will not represent us after receiving 2200 in full n further more try to push a dog on to us from one of yr clients when we r going to court for a dog attack n you were pushing onto us to rescue yr clients dog I have the emails Micheal so make yr threats to me n my partner that’s fine we have never threatened you or yr staff we have just spoken the truth if you r offended by this n feel as though you need to make threats to me n my partner that shows the lack of professionalism you carry This post is true n correct there is no false or misleading information the purpose of this post is to share the experience I had with this firm each individual should make there own decision if they choose to or not to use this firm

1 /5 Handan Comlek: Bianca gave me false promises and got my hopes up she spoke %100 positive we even talked about the cost and everything. She sent me documents to Fill and scan which i did and than they didnt even bother calling me they sent me a msg saying they cant help. A phone call with an explanation would of been nice and i just wish she told me that from day one before getting my hopes up. Now i am more distressed than before its just so rude and not fair
