The store owner was incredibly kind and welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. What truly stood out was the owner staying after business hours just to help me out—something you don’t see often these days. The attention to detail, care, and genuine dedication to customer satisfaction was exceptional. Both my watch and bracelet now fit perfectly and look as good as new. If you’re looking for quality service from people who truly care, I highly recommend this place. I’ll definitely be returning for any future repairs or adjustments. Cam Yowdontknowwhoiam Purchased a pair of gold hoop earrings. Taking them out of the box they both bent. They are rubbish quality, and unwearable. They have never been worn. Visited the store with proof of purchase, 3 days after original sale. Sales woman agreed the quality was very poor. Store called back the following day and offered discount on another purchase. They didnt disclose what that discount would be. Wont buy anything there again.
