5 /5 Chris: I’ve had sessions with a many number of great personal trainers - however none of them have seemed to really go above and beyond to create a program really specific to my pretty niche hobby (rowing). It really seems Jake has a passion for all things gym and it shows in his attention to detail and exemplary guidance. Really friendly and seemed to show genuine interest in my rowing despite never trying it.

5 /5 O: Can’t imagine a better personal trainer and just ticks all the boxes. Explains the workouts well, demonstrates the movement whilst keeping a friendly and easy going demeanour. Jake has personally helped introduce me into the gym as a novice lifter and continues to aid in my journey. I highly recommend anyone who is unfamiliar with gym-ing to give Mirror Fit a try as you will not be disappointed
