Despite of a minor incident occurred when I firstly reached out to their firm, planning to engage a solicitor’s service to lodge a caveat but failing to do so due to the delay in response from that solicitor (which was because of some inevitable reason that I was advised of in the later communication with Frank), Frank contacted me in a timely manner after my initial review to address my concern and take my feedback on record. Throughout the process of communication we then developed full trusts in this firm as they have been 100% genuine, transparent and professional in dealing with the incident and the matters we consulted about. Both my partner and myself are / will be engaging their services to set up our individual wills.
