Sudha Devi Joined the gym after moving to Gladesville and every time I have visited the gym, always been welcomed by staff member Kristy and Ants beautiful smile. Great atmosphere, well looked after gym equipment, including hygiene. The staff, both Kristy and Ant, are very supportive, understanding to your goals and training needs and very friendly by nature. They definitely will keep you motivated and support your goals. Simply a great environment to be for great workout session. Highly recommend it.

The other reviews have complained that the machines are faulty, but my experience has been great. theyre isnt much crowding at the gym. the community is also great in the gym. Everybody fixes their weight back to first option after finishing their set with the machine

assad elias Awesome gym! Super spacious, heaps of equipment so you’re never waiting around. Open 24/7, and the fees are really fair. The staff are super friendly too – just a great vibe all around!

Deomnus VPG Were in Rye on holidays from Melbourne and decided to go for a pilates class for the first time. The instructor (Alys) was looking after us over the whole class (were a bit lost being the first time), correcting positions and suggesting new movements. Very complete and personalised experience. Highly recommend studio.

Ashley Bottrell I have attended many gyms and F45 team training sessions. Essendon F45 has been by far the best with a very professional team. The atmosphere and energy is always fantastic. A great way to workout each day!
