I got a new battery for my pocket watch - after which we noticed a hair had gotten into the face of the watch (we suspect it was from when the watch was manufactured because they didnt access the face to insert the new battery). Regardless, Monbulk Jewellers fixed the issue with no charge and very fast. Absolutely amazed at how kind and willing to help they are. Highly recommended for watch related issues and stunning ready-to-buy jewelry pieces. Again, fantastic customer service A+++++++

5 /5 Rachel Venn: This review is on behalf of my mum, Claire: Ive been going to this jewellers for about 15 years, with all sorts of broken bits of jewellery, sentimental items and things that need fixing and need melting down.. All sorts of things that other jewellers couldnt or wouldnt even fix. I cant praise them enough, their work is always top quality, theyre lovely people to deal with, totally trustworthy, and extremely reasonably priced. I highly recommend them for any service.

5 /5 Deg: Did a superb job on my wedding ring - you cant even tell anything happened to it! Were very patient and transparent in explaining what will be done, what costs how much, and my options. Know their craft extremely well, very happy with the result!!!
