The entire house buying process for first home buyers are normally extremely stressful. However, for me, it was a smooth, speedy and stress-free experience because Matthew did such an amazing job. At the one year mark Matt and Henry helped me refinance with a better rate! When it came time for me to seek a loan for my first investment property I didnt even have to think about who I needed to call, because I knew that the only ones who could get it done promptly and smoothly was Henry and Matt. And they did not prove me wrong! I am so grateful for everything that Henry and Matt have done to ensure settlement happened despite all the hurdles that came with dealing with the bank (and myself). Henry never lost patience with me for my lack of ability to pick up his countless calls and always greeted me with such warmth and enthusiasm on the phone. You definitely cant go wrong with Matt and Henry. They both have a refreshing attitude of wanting to help people and see you as a person rather than a number which is probably rare in the finance world. They never fail to go above and beyond. Being a first home buyer the entire house buying process was extremely stressful and daunting. The only thing I didnt have to worry about was the home loan since Matt did such an amazing job. As soon as I made my first phone call to Matt it was smooth sailing from there, He made me feel like I was his top priority and his only client even though Im sure he had a million things to handle at work. He always made the effort to follow up with me on things and was always true to his word - if he said he was going to get something done he always did. It is so rare to get such amazing customer service and I just cannot recommend him enough!
