Healthy Vibes Fitness Hub - VIC

Jasmine Fung I started going to Healthy Vibes 6 weeks postpartum, and have lost approximately 10kg in 2 months time. Anthony is very knowledgeable and understands the do’s and don’ts for Diastasis recti. It was not easy at the start but Anthony encourages and challenges you best way possible. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming. You feel absolutely comfortable and can workout at your own pace. I am so glad I joined Healthy Vibes as part of my postpartum recovery journey. I’m feeling stronger physically and mentally each day, and have never liked working out so much!

Pilates and Barre with Grace - VIC

Jessica Koum Pilates and Barre with Grace has been such an amazing experience. Coming in as a beginner, the trainers make you feel so comfortable and can offer alternate body positions and reformer spring strengths to accommodate your fitness levels/past injuries. It is such a welcoming environment with a great community feel. Everything is super clean and well maintained. I have had the pleasure of now having a reformer class with each trainer, and they have all been fantastic. Highly recommend this studio. Plus the socks are super cute!
