Stephen Coyle I enjoy the well structured group fitness. Clientele range in ages and there is a great positive vibe before, during & post workout. Could get a cheaper gym elsewhere but the direction provided, motivation & the follow ups to see you are tracking towards your fitness goals see’s me motivated to keep showing up. I recommend Transform Fitness Lilydale if you struggle for motivation and want to get your butt into gear.

Nasim Kashef This gym is honestly awesome. Everything is clean, the equipment works perfectly, and there’s always something available to use. Annabelle is friendly and always happy to help without being pushy. The changing rooms and restrooms are kept really clean, the cardio machines run smoothly, and there’s a great mix of strength-training equipment. The place is well-ventilated and the air-con actually works, so workouts feel comfortable instead of stuffy. Overall, it’s a really safe, welcoming gym with a great vibe. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a solid place to work out.

Enduring Strength - Personal Training - VIC

Suzanne S Yamin is very professional and tailors the training to my needs and pre-existing injuries. He has also helped me feel confident to use the gym on my own in between personal training sessions. I had never done any strength work before training with Yamin and his attention to technique and correct movement ensures you get the most benefit from training. I feel like I have achieved a lot of strength in a relatively short amount of time.
