As someone who has had high dreams to purchase their first home, I wanted to make sure I did it with the right team and the right mortgage broker. I came across Scott via google reviews and decided to schedule in an initial consultation back in June 2024. Here, he gave me a great understanding of what to expect during the home purchasing process, he calculated my borrowing power, provided realistic figures and described all the methods I could apply to put myself on the right track.
I returned back to Scott in early 2025 when I was ready to purchase. Especially as a first home buyer, I had so many questions and worries where inevitably I felt quite silly for not knowing the answers to. However Scott always answered all my questions with zero judgement, promptly and succinctly. I thank Scott for returning countless emails, even on the weekends and after working hours, to ensure all my questions were answered. It really shows how much he goes above and beyond to attend to his clients.
Scott was great at explaining all the different banks and the loans they provide. With his help, I was able to settle with a bank that he recommended, and with a great interest rate.
