Very proactive and reached out to us a few months ago to see if he could get us a better rate. Our previous bank was not willing to move so he was able to find us a bank that was very competitive and even provided cash back. It wasn’t a simple process as we were moving to investment and the banks were asking a lot of questions which Rhys handled with ease. Would recommend if you are looking to buy a home or even if you have a home loan but not happy with your current situation.
