I had no idea what I was doing and Brendan was so happy to answer my many (and likely often stupid) questions, and took so much time to explain everything. Nothing ever seemed like a hassle and my calls/texts/emails were always answered so quickly through the whole process. Everyone in the office was also just so kind and warm every time I spoke to them! The team put in lots of groundwork and found the best options for me, and presented them really clearly for me which I loved. I also used the referrals they offered for conveyancing as well as an advocate and they were all amazing - everything was SO smooth and easy. Honestly just the nicest group of people to work with - cannot recommend them ANY more!! Would never have got the wonderful place I’m in without them all!
