Buying a house can be (is) stressful — and trying to wrap your head around the finance side of things can be even more overwhelming — but Rob made the entire experience feel manageable for us. He was recommended to us by a friend, and from the first conversation, we instantly clicked. Rob is friendly, warm, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He was always quick to respond to our e-mails and phone calls (many of which were after hours - sorry Rob!) and, just as importantly, patient with the (many, many!) questions we had throughout the process.
