Brent and I have known each other for many years with Brent advising me where needed on my income protection policy. Throughout that time Brent has been very thorough in keeping me updated with any changes within the industry and how that may affect my extremely important policy. Life takes some interesting twists and turns and it just so happens that I unfortunately needed to call on the benefits on my amazing policy. Christine Barnes I would put minus stars if I could. An unreasonable company to deal with who rely on email (which defaulted to junk mail) as legal documents. I had a change of credit card due to a fraud and was totally unaware that my payments had been rejected by the old card (should have automatically debi8ted to the new card) until I was contacted "BY PHONE" by a debt collection company. Pathetic customer service to a client of many many years.
