Jye Gard If youre looking for a tailored approach to your training with a focus on form and fun - Joey is your guy! A great trainer who gently and jovially motivates you to the next stage each session. Very caring, Joey has a keen eye - to work within your comfort zone whilst pushing to improve function. Worked with gym go-ers of all ages and skill levels - regressing or progressing movements to suit them. If you want to get to that next stage with a laugh along the way, highly recommend working with Joey.

Anna C It was the best decision to join Vision St Ives 5 years ago. Training regularly with Hayden has helped not only with my fitness but also self confidence. Before I had joined the Vision St Ives, I was afraid of going to the gym and train on my own. Now, I am actually excited about my every session.
