BFT Cheltenham has great, informed enthusiastic trainers that help you set and meet you health targets, keeping you accountable but making the workouts enjoyable and interesting.

Annie Nguyen Long time yogi, in search of a new yoga studio. I was very nervous to step outside of my comfort, my usual routine to try Oshun Yoga. However, from the moment I stepped through the entrance, welcomed by the calming scent of incense at the front door, the beautiful and well thought out space, every detail, from the lighting, to the music, to the teachers and flows, I knew I have found my home away from home. Theres a strong sense of community - everyone is friendly and welcoming. All the teachers are all truly amazing - unique, kind and knowledgeable. Every class I have attended over the last few months have allowed me to unwind, stretch, breathe, sweat and finally reconnect with myself. Pilates classes are a surprise bonus to Oshun.
