A big thank you to Joana for pursuing us to check if they can find a bank who can refinance us and to the rest of the team Julian, Carla and Kristelle who didnt stop following up our concerns and putting sooo much effort to get our loan sorted before we went on holiday. They helped me consolidate our debts into one mortgage loan when all other banks turned us down. In short, because of them we went on holiday with peace of mind.
