Julia Frankish Ive been doing online live-streamed classes with Mel and her team for the last few months. I can honestly say its 45 minutes 2 times a week, that I really look forward to, and I feel so much better for. The convenience of online classes has been wonderful at a time when I was stuck at home. As a Pilates teacher I can highly recommend Sanctuary on Peninsula for professional care. Andre Hillas Fantastic Sports Centre at an affordable rate. Pool, gym, squash, tennis, yoga, Pilates and other classes. Staff are very friendly!

Heather Rees A beautiful Parkrun on a nice day. Volunteers are amazing, so helpful and friendly. Wish I lived closer! The course is hilly, with a particularly steep section going up to the railway line. I walked this bit up and down. Turn around near Gembrook STN. Nice to see the steam trains warming up along the track as youre jogging by. Its a shame the Railway Cafe doesnt have breakfast options on a Saturday morning, we went into Emerald for egg on toast instead. Thanks Parkrun Emerald Lake!
