Avneet Kaur Might be small but it literally has everything and is spacious! I visited when I was travelling to Melbourne from NZ. Was very clean and Jamie + Jahmal were always helpful which was a nice touch considering most gym staff aren’t as interactive :)

D Awesome gym! All the free weights and machines you could ever need. Great equipment loads of space , super high ceiling, very clean and well ventilated. Never too crowded, can always get on the machines that I want when I want. Great people, easy going no attitude. Heaps of experience and always ready to help out. Been lifting for 30 years, all up best gym I have ever been in and I have been in a few.

Hayley C I found the studio welcoming, it smelt great it was the right temperate and amount of light. I felt as if I was in Bali. Chloe hosted my first class and she was lovely, little bit of humour in her teachings which I loved. The staff were helpful, friendly and welcoming. I never felt like anyone was judging your ability, experts and beginners welcome.
