2 /5 Himika Gaind: I visited this gym today for the fourth time with my child, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. My child had her first 2 classes in Ninja room, no doubt that was extremely good as the two girls there were highly trained and kind towards all the kids.
Whereas, the last 2 classes in Arena 1, the coach Aviva repeatedly snatched toys and balls from my child in a very rude and unacceptable manner. We bring our children to a play gym so they can explore freely, not to be treated harshly or left crying. Even when I talked to the coach that please give her space to play freely, she replied by saying that, If YOUR CHILD IS DISRUPTIVE, YOU PLEASE HANDLE.
What is this word DISRUPTIVE for a 2 year old child?
My child was left in tears multiple times as the coach took toys away from her, which happened three to four times before I finally had to complain. Every child is different—some are excited, curious, and want to touch and explore everything. At just two years old, children are still learning and cannot be expected to behave perfectly. Instead of guiding them gently, the coach’s behaviour felt unfair, unprofessional, and not respectful of young children’s needs.
Based on our experience, I would not recommend that room for parents with toddlers. It did not feel like a safe or supportive environment for little ones who are still learning and exploring the world. But I do recommend NINJA WARRIOR ROOM.
