1 /5 Robin Tan: First time banking with NAB, absolutely gutted experience. Took an hour leave to entered NAB branch just in the nick of time before they close, to do a simple ID check. When it was my turn, the clock was at 3:57pm and which the bank teller told me an ID check requires approximately 10mins to do and they are unable to proceed it as it will pass their branch closing time 4pm.
I asked then whats the point put 4pm as the closing time online if they cant even honour it and perhaps they should have put 3:30pm closing time to align with their company policy.
