Unfortunately, my encounter with this particular company has led me to question these fundamental principles. They have a connection with a company called Third-Party Claims (web tpclaims DOT com DOT au), to which I entrusted my damaged vehicle while awaiting the settlement of my claim. To my dismay, my experience took a rather suspicious turn. Despite numerous attempts, I was consistently met with silence when I tried to contact the person responsible for towing my vehicle, leaving me deeply concerned. As I persisted in seeking information regarding my vehicles status and location, my efforts were met with ongoing obstacles, making it nearly impossible to obtain a clear and satisfactory response. Furthermore, when it came time to discuss their fees, their lack of transparency and clarity persisted. While they claimed to operate on a no win, no fees basis, the actual amount of these fees remained concealed in obscurity, even to this day. Frustrated by this lack of openness, I made the difficult decision to withdraw my claim and seek assistance from another solicitor. Regrettably, this decision revealed the harsh reality that not having my damaged vehicle in my possession before settling the case had weakened my position, leaving me longing for the vehicle that was taken from me under the guise of "pursuing the claim." The whereabouts of my vehicle remain unknown. Throughout this disheartening experience, I felt deceived and exploited during a vulnerable period in my life. Regrettably, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend their services to anyone. Their glaring deficiency in transparency and, most importantly, their profound lack of integrity and clear communication are deeply disappointing and entirely unacceptable.

5 /5 X X: I was involved in a traffic collision that wasnt my fault, I did not have comprehensive insurance, the at fault party were trying to put all the blame on me and I didnt have any idea about legal processes. The solicitors at Neil Ogge, especially Vanessa, helped with everything and arranged for a good barrister to run my case and I ended up being awarded compensation from the other party. I would recommend this firm to others with a good case who need legal help.
