From the moment I walked in, Nova showed how much he values customer service - he genuinely took the time to listen to what I needed and made sure I felt looked after. When it came to pricing, his quote was much lower than others I had checked in the area, but the quality of his work was outstanding. I also had some engraving done, and I was so impressed by his neat handwriting - it shows how much pride he takes in his craft. Very genuine and transparent with his dealings. I highly recommend Nova to anyone needing watch or jewellery repairs.

1 /5 Daniel Freake-Clark: Dropped my watch off for a simple repair - quoted $30. Seemed reasonable. A week later I sought an update and they said the battery replacement hasnt been completed yet (which I didnt ask for). He then pointed out to me what I had actually asked to be repaired, and quoted almost twice the price. Horrendous customer service and a week wasted. I took my watch back off them and went elsewhere. Dont waste your time with these guys.

5 /5 Talar Hagopian: Great customer service, very reasonable price, every watch buttery I’ve had has lasted years, my jewellery repairs have just been perfect, the engraving is much better than elsewhere. Would definitely recommend getting your watch jewellery repairs at nova N&R on level one infront of Coles. Would not trust anyone else with my valuables!!
