From the beginning, I was clear about my purpose — I needed funds to get a new car — and I explained my situation, including cancelling my hospital cover and managing other repayments. The consultant/manager looking after me really took the time to understand everything. I left it in their hands to work out what was most suitable for my budget and circumstances, and they delivered perfectly. They suggested consolidating my other loan (with Fair Go Finance), which I didn’t even realise was possible. This reduced my repayments from $190 a fortnight down to $91, freeing up my budget significantly. The process involved clear communication with both emails and calls, and nothing was left confusing — everything was explained thoroughly. The whole process was efficient: within six business days, all contracts were finalised, my other loan was paid off, and the funds were in my account. The contract was also explained clearly, even though I could have just read it myself, which shows the extra effort they put in. The team were friendly, reliable, and always quick to return calls. NOW Finance gave me a flexible loan structure, allowed me the option to make extra repayments if I want to, and ultimately left me with more money in my pocket than before. 3 /5 Raghav Thapa: I went through NOW Finance for a car loan last year, and unfortunately had a frustrating experience. After I’d finalized everything with the dealership, the finance broker added an unexpected but substantial fee at the last minute — claiming the lender had changed terms or that a hidden condition had only just come to light. That put me in a difficult position after I’d already committed to the purchase. For anyone considering their services, I’d strongly recommend asking detailed questions (+ get things in writing) upfront and proceeding with caution. 1 /5 Nathan Penfold: Applied for a debt consolidation loan, as I was conditionally approved. Sent all my documents as required. Communication was absolutely terrible, didnt hear a thing for almost a week then just got an email out of the blue saying I was denied with no explanation, saying I would receive another email with details that I never received. Destroyed my credit rating. Very, VERY unhappy.

5 /5 mal field: Very positive and welcoming experience. Mara from Now Finance was very patient and easy to deal with despite some of my shortcomings and unpreparedness. Will definitely be using Now Finance again if I require a quick, no-hassle personal loan.
