1 /5 Nitin S.: Sent Details to them on Monday 11.30am and no response. Followed up myself today and was told 30 minutes in the morning. Again called myself in the evening and was advised 2 minutes and nobody called or followed up. It seems they want to do accounts of businesses and salaried individuals are fobbed off but atleast let the person know that we wont be filing your tax returns even if you are ready to make a payment for our services. Sent details to another accountant and my tax return was filed in 30 minutes. Would not recommend or utilize their services again! I have all the proof of emails and chats with me. This review is being left so that people do not waste 2 days running after them like me!
