Helle Clausen Matt is an amazing PT. His understanding of how the body works and how it works differently for each of his clients is what really sets him apart from any other trainer I have encountered. He helped me rebuild my strength after many years of illness. I still, after more than a year at Hack the Gym, do PT with Matt because he continues to challenge and build my body stronger at an age where most are going downhill. Thank you Matt!

Mr Tinkles Quality gym with all of the equipment you need. Good rates, very clean and well looked after. Staff are friendly especially Leanne and Jess.

Mark Brownley Matt leads and awesome team. Ive also trained with Darcy and Tahlia. 5-stars across the board. You can tell a lot by the presentation and layout and Evolve has got all that covered. Oozes professionalism. The workouts are challenging (love the variety and evolution in the programs) and always well structured and goal-oriented. Tell them what you want to achieve and they go about sorting it for you. Love this place because of the people behind it.
