Optus Melbourne Airport - Tullamarine (VIC)

1 /5 ML: Not recommended for two reasons: 1. I think that Optus or staff from the Optus stall in Melbourne Airport gave my number to scammers because someone tried to scam me 4 times. Why do I think it started at this stall or caused by Optus? Because I lived in Australia for 1 year already and had my contract with Telstra before and nothing like this ever happend before. The message scam was a tourist visa scam and I also received a call (from a Melbourne number) that my data will expire that day - suprise I received today a message from Optus that it will expire in two days. Optus/the staff get your details from their sales there and they know how long you stay, maybe which visa type, etc. 2. The staff wasn’t honest about the bad coverage in WA, they told me I will receive 3G/4G - yes but only in bigger towns. Telstra is the only working network on the countryside. I would avoid that shop- you don’t need directly data and can buy your simcard from Telstra in the city.

1 /5 Phú Hưng: The two girls were working so unprofessionally and not focusing on what they are doing. They let people wait for so long, I am the first person on the line and i had to wait 40 mins to get to my turn. They dont know what to do and keep asking each other. Unfortunately today vodaphone system is broken, so i had to experience this terrible service. She tried my mom’s passport, and ask for another passport, I said my younger sis is 8, she even didnt check the DOB and do it, and obviously the system rejected it. . After an hour waiting ( midnight ) I couldnt buy the sim, and I show the frustration on my face “ didnt say or complain anything “. She educated me and said im rude to her? She asked my to fix my attitude? I beg my pardon? You provided a 1 star service and cant bear with people complaining so dont get a job? Just stay at home and rely on centrelink.

I dont know what quality service is the company training their staff but in the past month I didnt have it easy , the girl was do unprofessional and distracted that she wrote my number wrong... are you your staff so unprepared and uncaring? Maybe instead of getting girl focus on their nails get them to study costumer care from America

5 /5 Walida: I just had the pleasure of receiving great service from an employee here. Unfortunately, I didnt catch his name, but he helped my mum cancel her missing sim card and replaced it with a new one without any hassles. He was friendly, knowledgeable and patient with my mum, who can sometimes struggle with technology. He made the process so easy for her and went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of.
