He has his finger on the pulse as to how the market is going all the time, and attuned to which investments return the most to me taking into account fees etc. He is trustworthy and approachable and always picks up the phone should I have any questions. Face to face meetings are scheduled about annually where Andrew explains how he proposes to tweak or alter investments altogether and why.
