1 /5 Heath Graham: Extremely disappointed, gym has refused to cancel and refund my membership
I followed all the required steps to cancel my membership — completed the form, submitted the notice, went to the ghym and received confirmation that it had been received. Despite this, the gym failed to process my cancellation correctly and continued charging me. When I raised the issue, instead of acknowledging their mistake and refunding the payments, they simply refused to process my refund.
Ive now decided to move to revo, much more affortable and customer service is amazing there, revo is only $9 per week!
