Jo Duffy I cannot recommend the hydrotherapy pool more highly. I’ve had knee and hip replacement surgery and the work I’ve been doing with physio’s in the pool has made such a difference to my recovery. There’s ample parking, the facility is always clean and the staff are super friendly.

Natasha Younger I am so thrilled that Diggers Rest finally has a Pilates studio with lots of different options to suit everybody’s needs! The studio has such a welcoming vibe, the instructors are so friendly & I always leave with my body feeling that little bit stronger each time. The on demand kiosk option is a game changer, being able to rock up when I’ve got time & choose a class that will benefit me is perfect! I always look forward to my next visit & I highly recommend this studio for anyone who wants to move their body in a safe & comfortable space.

Anita Murillo Id like to give a shout out to JADE!! She is Amazing and made my re-enrollment a FANTASTIC experience!! I have to brag on your Location, I was a former member but my daughter and I cancelled our membership due to relocating further Richmond near Katy. After visiting and calling a couple of locations closer to me I realized what a GEM your Studio/Gym is! It is also very clean and organized! ..Kuddos to the girls that previously worked there and who gave excellent customer service and Hats off to JADE for being so bubbly over the phone and genuine! The sign up process was smooth and she was even signing up another new member! Fabulous multitasking abilities! Looking forward to getting my health and fitness journey back on track! ;) Thanks Jade!

Sooyeon C You should definitely give this place a try! The coaches are super friendly, and the members are so kind—it just feels warm and welcoming here. I had such a great time working out, and James made everything so easy to understand that even as a beginner, I feel like I can do anything gymnastics. Thank you so much! Ill be back for sure!

Diane Lin Gym has everything you need. It is a well looked after club. Staff are amazing, and if an area needs improvement, they are always open for feedback. The change room is always clean when I need to use them. Members just need to be considerate and pick up after themselves.
