Sachin Mahajan We have known Vishal Gupta as a Mortgage broker for over the last 10 years, and everytime we have reached to him for finance or re-financing of Mortgage he has been phenomenal. Vishal has a deep understanding of the Mortgage and Lending process, and the paperwork associated with it for all major banks. For our home, we started the conversation with Vishal 3-4 months in advance, he understood our budget and initiated the process for pre-approvals. He kept us informed at all stages during the process and once we shared the documentation with him, we barely had to do anything, and he managed the entire process for pre-approval. Post that, when we found our home the process from pre-approval to approval and settlement was handled seamlessly by Vishal. Highly recommend Vishal Gupta for any Mortgage Lending requirements.

I totally respect other reviews, and I understand banking experiences could be very different for everyone. I can only say my visit today is very pleasant. The waiting period was a bit long, but the two staff who helped me were both very friendly and helpful. They showed me the right direction to the next steps.
