He was responsive to emails, even just to confirm receipt, and nothing was left to the last minute. In the lead-up I had contacted many practitioners requesting to be emailed details of services and fees, and Brad was the only one that could follow such a basic instruction. Everyone else phoned me immediately and annoyed me to no end at having to step away from my work desk multiple times a day making me repeat my questions! Its the little things, you know?
